The majority of class revolves around focus mitt training with a partner, burning major calories through varying sets of kickboxing combinations. Your workout will range from moderate to intense depending on how much you and your partner push each other.
Vigorous warm-ups and strength conditioning circuits are a part of every class.
Classes are taught only by experienced instructors who pay careful attention to form in order to avoid injury.
